Historical value: Gui (pronounced as "gui") is a vessel for holding cooked millet, millet, rice, and rice. During the Shang and Zhou dynasties, Gui was an important ritual vessel. During sacrifices and banquets, an even number of Gui and an odd number of Ding were often used together to indicate the status and identity of the owner. A total of 8 pieces of this vessel were unearthed, all of which consisted of a body and a base, decorated with straight ridges, and had a simple and elegant shape.
