Bronze short sword with hollow sheath

Unearthed from Baicaopao, Lingtai County, Western Zhou Dynasty, it is 24.3 cm long, with a scabbard of 18.7 cm long and 10.5 cm wide. The scabbard is made of a hollow coiled snake pattern with shallow grooves carved on the snake body, a blunt triangular snake head with protruding eyes, and a small rhinoceros on each side of the scabbard. The sword stem is straight, the blade is shaped like a leek leaf, and the ridge of the blade is cast with a curved pattern.
